Cedric was indicted for the attempted murder of Yvette on Jan. 12, 2007, and he later plead not guilty by reason of mental defect or disease before Circuit Judge Teresa Tanner Pulliam. Cedric now resides at the Taylor Hardin Secure Medical Facility. Yvette filed a divorce action against Cedric on July 25, 2007. One might assume she will get the Explorer (mentioned in the Probate Court filing at Paragraph II) and custody of young Reggie McNeal (mentioned in Paragraph XII)? So, if you wish to "meet Cedric McNeal," you will have to get admitted to Taylor Hardin.
