Scrambled cheese eggs, white cheddar cheese grits, bacon and English muffin

"I'll See You In My Dreams"

Scrambled cheese eggs, white cheddar cheese grits, bacon and English muffin

2 eggs
2-3 American cheese slices (depending on how cheesy you want them)
English muffin
Grated white cheddar

Breakfast for dinner! Mm, mm….

Follow microwave cooking directions on grits for ½ serving. After cooked and before last stir, add grated white cheddar cheese and butter to taste.

While grits cook, butter English muffin and toast. Also, scramble eggs, add salt to taste and crumbled American cheese. Cook on medium, stirring occasionally so as to not allow eggs to stick to pan.

nce grits are done, microwave bacon (alternatively, you can fry in pan while grits and eggs cook).

Serve with eggs over grits or on side. Delicious!

This movie stars Blythe DannerMartin StarrSam ElliottMalin AkermanJune SquibbRhea PerlmanMary Kay Place and Mark Adair-Rios and is directed by Brett Haley. The acting and the directing are superb.

This romantic comedy/drama is nostalgic, predictable and for mature audiences only. It makes you think, but in a kind and gentle way. It could not have been better written, acted or directed. We give it a two thumbs up!
