Crawfish Quiche
'The Wolverine'

By Jim Hasser

Crawfish Quiche

3/4 lb cooked, peeled crawfish
4 eggs
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Pie crust
Bell pepper
Tobasco sauce
Parmesan Regano cheese
1 cup graded white cheddar cheese

Chop onions and bell peppers and sauté with garlic in olive oil. Add crawfish and continue sautéing for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

Lightly flour a deep dish pie plate and place pie crust in it.

Put eggs into bowl and season with Emeril’s, Worcestershire and Tobasco sauce to taste. Whisk eggs. Add cream and white cheddar and whisk again.

Spread cooled crawfish mixture across bottom of pie crust. Add egg mixture. Top with Parmesan Regano cheese. Cook on 350 for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve. Delicious!

The Wolvervine

The Wolverine, (Hugh Jackman), is contacted out of the blue by a messenger for a dying Japanese soldier who he befriended while being held captive in World War II. On his deathbed, the soldier offers the Wolverine mortality; an offer Wolve can’t refuse. And so the adventure begins….

The movie, directed by James Mangold, also stars Hiroyuki SanadaRila Fukushima,Tao OkamotoFamke JanssenWill Yun LeeSvetlana KhodchenkovaHal Yamanouchi and Brian Tee

This action adventure sci-fi comic book fantasy slightly drags at times, but is quite good, especially if you are a fan. It’s a typical Wolverine story with lots of action. We give it a 1 ½ thumbs up!
