Cheesy Pretzel Burger with Ground Mustard and Baked Red Onion and Potato Slices
Slice up your desired portion of a potato and enough purple onion to go on the burger and put into a bowl. Add olive oil and salt and pepper and mix to thoroughly coat. Bake 15-20 minutes on 450.
In the same empty bowl, combine the hamburger meat, olive oil and salt and pepper. Form a patty and cook on medium high 4-5 minutes each side. Set burgers aside in warm place when done.
While the patty cooks, heat a little olive oil and flour until light brown. Add a little milk. Whisk until combined. Add about 2 oz of shredded cheese of your choice and whisk til combined. Keep on low.
Slice pretzel bun and cook face down in the fond from the burger. Add a little olive oil if too dry.
Spread ground mustard on bottom. Add the baked onion, then the burger and then the cheese. Serve with the potato slices. Enjoy!

The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, John Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Dylan O'Brien, and Kate Hudson, all of whom do great acting jobs. It was well directed by Peter Berg.
This adventure action movie is worth seeing, even though it is only “based” on a true story. The director lays the story out very simply to show you exactly what happened out there, why it happened and who was at fault. We both give it a two thumbs up.
