Mediterranean Chicken and Broccoli Orzo with Feta Cheese and Black Olives

Chop the broccoli into eatable pieces and bake on 450 for 15 minutes.

Dry the chicken breasts and salt and pepper both sides. Rub the oregano on both sides as well. In a medium pan, heat up some olive oil on medium high setting. Cook the chicken 6 minutes per side.

Add pasta to boiling salted water and cook uncovered for 8 minutes.

Chop up the olives and garlic and combine in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

After draining the pasta, add the cooked broccoli and combine with the sour cream, cheese and remaining vinegar.

Serve chicken over the pasta and top with the tapenade sauce. Enjoy!

Small town pothead Mike, who is afflicted with terrible travel anxiety, is approached by a mysterious lady at his convenience store clerking job. She seems to be issuing some sort of wake up command, and suddenly he finds himself well trained and informed as a sleeper secret agent assassin, only to find he is now the target of a government hit squad ...

The movie stars  Jesse EisenbergKristen StewartTopher GraceConnie BrittonWalton Goggins, John LeguizamoBill Pullman and Tony Hale, and was directed by Nima Nourizadeh, all of whom do excellent jobs.

This comedy action movie was very entertaining. We give it a 2 thumbs up!
