Glover slates Senate kick off rally

State Rep. Rusty Glover, R-Semmes, will stage a kick off rally for his state Senate District 34 campaign from 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 24 at his campaign headquarters, 7856 Westside Drive Park about ¾ of a mile south of Cottage Hill Road just off Schillingers Road.

There will be food and an opportunity to meet and talk with the candidate who now represents District 102 in the state House of Representatives. Glover teaches in the Mobile County Public School System.

Others competing for the Republican nomination to succeed retiring incumbent state Sen. Hap Myers are former state Rep. Chris Pringle, city Councilwoman Connie Hudson, music industry executive Todd Burkhalter, local CPA Keith Graham and Shawn Williams.
