Honor Flight South Alabama
fund raiser Saturday in Lillian
“Honor Flight South Alabama” (HFSA) Friday announced a all-day fund raising event sponsored by the Gulf Coast Patriot Guard and H&D Cycles of Lillian, AL on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. at the cycle shop, 33019 Hwy. 98.
The event will include a Poker Run, Raffle, Silent Auction, and Awards Ceremony all in honor of our WWII Veterans and HFSA.
The last motorcycle out will come at 11 a.m. All participants are to return to H&D Cycles by 2 p.m. for the festivities which will include food and entertainment.
The event culminates in a short ceremony at 3 p.m. featuring local WWII Veterans including “Bataan Death March” survivor Glen Frazier of Ken Burns’ “The War” fame.
