Washington/Douglas Economic Forum Set
"Bridging Racial Disparity" will be the theme at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 5 when the Washington/Douglass Economic Forum is held here at the Ashbury Hotel on the beltline.
U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions, County Commissioner Juan Chastang, ADECA Director Bill Johnson and a host of elected officials, business and community leaders will be present to discuss conservative ideas and policies for the “War on Poverty.”
High school and college students are especially encouraged to participate in the debate of America’s future and their role in it.
The Washington/Douglass Economic Forum is a public “Think Tank” presented by The Alabama Republican Council, according to ARC chairman Richard Finley.
